The Women’s Spiritual Reflection Group (SRG) offers women the opportunity to share their views and perspectives in a small-group setting on a variety of topics—such as forgiveness, self-care, spirituality and family—SRG meets on the third Wednesday of each month from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. in the Lehman Library.
Join us to talk about slowing down the busy pace of life, and we will share how we find that relief from the busyness of our everyday lives. If you would like to read a little about this topic, take a look at pages 88-91 of Adele Ahlberg Calhoun’s Spiritual Disciplines Handbook.
Although optional on-topic meditations or readings will be available before each SRG gathering, there is no required pre-reading!
