Women’s Spiritual Reflection Group on October 21

The Women’s Spiritual Reflection Group (SRG) offers women the opportunity to share their views and perspectives in a small-group setting on a variety of topics—such as forgiveness, self-care, spirituality and family—SRG meets on the third Wednesday of each month from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. in the Lehman Library.
On October 21 we will talk about books that have touched our hearts and spirits. Bring a favorite book to share with the group and let’s figure out how and why it found its way onto your “meaningful books” list. Is there a particular line that touched your heart or helped you through a tough time?
By the time our November 18 meeting rolls around, the midterm election results will be ours to process – let’s talk about where we are and how voting choices impact our mental health. We will share our feelings about the election results and strategies for managing any fear, uncertainty and anxiety they may prompt.
Although optional on-topic meditations or readings will be available before each SRG gathering, there is no required pre-reading!
