Women’s Spiritual Reflection Group on September 16

The Women’s Spiritual Reflection Group (SRG) offers women the opportunity to share their views and perspectives in a small-group setting on a variety of topics—such as forgiveness, self-care, spirituality and family—SRG meets on the third Wednesday of each month from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. in the Lehman Library.

The last thing Jesus told his followers was, “You will be my witnesses” in Acts1:8. At our September 16 meeting we will discuss what it means to be a witness to Jesus. Do you share your faith with others? If so, how? Does it feel comfortable or is it a challenge? This topic also appears on pages 180-182 of the Spiritual Disciplines Handbook, but you are also welcome to just give some thought to the questions posed above and consider sharing your answers if you feel comfortable doing so.

Although optional on-topic meditations or readings will be available before each SRG gathering, there is no required pre-reading!
