Where? Outside behind the Micah Chapel patio (we will meet in the Micah Chapel if there is inclement weather).


Our Mental Health Ministry team, in conjunction with church member Emily Daigle, is offering a free summer yoga series to anyone looking to feel centered and strong. Yoga for Every Body is designed for all ages. All are welcome! We plan to be outside behind the Micah Chapel patio (we will meet in the Micah Chapel if there is inclement weather). What to bring: water; yoga mat, towel or blanket; blocks or straps if you use them (other than a mat or blanket/towel to sit and lay on, none of these are necessary, pack what you like to use!) Dress comfortably! 


Series Two: Tuesday, August 12, AND Thursday, August 14, 7:15-8:15 am;

Tuesday, August 19, AND Thursday, August 21, 6:30-7:30 pm
