As he leads you on a virtual tour of native gardens he has designed and installed in the Hartford area, Master Gardener Ted Johnson will share information on the current thinking about using natives, hybrids and cultivars in your home garden. Since 2015, Johnson, who owns Wethersfield-based Wildscape Artisans, has been spreading the word about the importance of creating pollinator-friendly environments in our own backyards.
