The Safe Church One-on-One Meeting Form must be completed when "one on one"
situations between an adult (age 18 and older) and a minor
(under age 18) occur as a component of our Church Programs.
Safe Church One-on-One Meeting Form
The Volunteer Screening Form is to be completed every three (3) years by all
people offering their time and talents to volunteer with
children, youth, or Caring Ministries recipients at First
Church of Christ, Congregational, Glastonbury, Connecticut
(the "Church").
